Yoel Waisberg started his journey studying business administration (major in Finance) in Santiago Chile in one of the best business schools in the country (Universidad Adolfo Ibañez). Right after that, he embarked on an unusual journey into the teachings of Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism) which he studied and taught in the US and many other countries for 10 years.

Parallel to that and after founding a small VC firm (www.imapcta.vc) focused on Latam companies he reconnected with his childhood friend Alvaro Silverstein who had returned as the first wheelchair user (quadriplegia) to ever accomplish the W trail in Chilean Patagonia and had recently founded and launched Wheel The World as an option for accessible travel.

He invested and joined the company more than 3 years ago and today Wheel The World is 45 team online marketplace where seniors and people with disabilities can find and book accessible places to stay, things to do, and multi-day trips worldwide. With accessible experiences in more than +250 destinations worldwide, the company is breaking barriers in the travel industry.

Today his role is Head of Business Development.
