Mr. Pelletier started with Airline Data Inc (www.airlinedata.com) in July 2015 as their Vice President of Product Management and Delivery. In January of 2017, he assumed his current role of Managing Director, where he is responsible for the overall development, delivery, operations, and execution of the Airline Data Inc organization, including their suite of aviation data solutions. Mr. Pelletier has more than 25 years of aviation, data management, and business intelligence experience. He works daily with airports, airlines, and other travel-related clients to help them understand and navigate the aviation industry through data analysis, all the while applying and communicating his in-depth knowledge of how the industry operates and performs. Mr. Pelletier is one of the few subject matter experts in the industry regarding the intricacies of processing and adjusting the U.S. Department of Transportation’s airline demand and revenue data (O&D, T-100, Form 41). He is frequently called up by local and national media to provide insight and information on the aviation industry.

Prior to joining Airline Data Inc, he was the Director of Data Conversion and Implementation at Fidelity Investments. In that role, he was responsible for the analysis, conversion, and loading of participant data for new and existing clients across the various retirement contribution platforms available. Mr. Pelletier was also a Director at Sabre Airline Solutions, where he was responsible for Sabre’s worldwide airport data intelligence products. While with Sabre, he was a recipient of the Information Builders Customer Award of Distinction and the iWay Award for Fastest ROI in a Data Quality Program – focusing on data quality and integrity in the product he managed.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pelletier spent 20 years immersed in telecommunications and other finance-related data while in senior positions at KPMG Consulting, AT&T, MetroPCS, and Think Finance. He has been a noted speaker at more than ten data delivery conferences and business intelligence forums around the world.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Economics (Honors) degree with a minor in International Finance from Brock University in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada. Originally from Toronto, he is married and has been living in Dallas for more than 20 years. Today, he spends his free time traveling across the globe with his spouse visiting their favorite spots, as well as raising their Siberian Huskies Zena and Thor.
