Cynthia (Cindy) Clark is the owner of Bay Media Services, a design and marketing firm based in Apalachicola. Cindy has worked with Franklin County Tourist Development Council as a contract vendor for more than 14 years as a print and digital designer and content provider. She is responsible for the TDC’s monthly newsletter which provides event and activity information to more than 85,000 subscribers across the country. Additionally, Bay Media is responsible for ad creation and design for the tdc as well as the design and production of several area publications. Cindy Clark combines her background in land use planning with marketing and design experience to produce award-winning marketing materials for government and business clients across the North Florida region.
