FAQ

What is the position on COVID-19?

The Diplomat Beach Resort is following the Hilton CleanStay policy. Conference attendees are encouraged to review the recommendations published by the Florida Department of Health.

We have utilized the ample space reserved for the conference to allow for enhanced distancing. All guests will be provided masks, hand sanitizer, and colored wristbands to signal comfort level with physical contact. We ask that all guests remain conscious of their surroundings and respectful of others.

Many different individual factors affect our personal choices to attend public events and participating in any such event carries with it some potential risk for exposure to COVID-19. Attendees at our conference have assumed that risk by choosing to attend the conference.
