What is the position on COVID-19?
We have utilized the ample space reserved for the conference to allow for enhanced distancing. All guests will be provided masks, hand sanitizer, and colored wristbands to signal comfort level with physical contact. We ask that all guests remain conscious of their surroundings and respectful of others.
Many different individual factors affect our personal choices to attend public events and participating in any such event carries with it some potential risk for exposure to COVID-19. Attendees at our conference have assumed that risk by choosing to attend the conference.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline ended Wednesday, August 11, 2021. As of Wednesday, September 1, VISIT FLORIDA is unable to provide any refunds, because online registration has closed and the final guaranteed attendee numbers have been submitted to the hotel. You can transfer your registration free of charge to another person in your organization. To do so, please ask the attendee you are transferring your registration to, to come to the Registration & Information Desk in the Great Hall Foyer starting on Tuesday, September 7 at 2 PM.

What is the Attire for the Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism?
Wednesday night’s Chairman’s Reception and Dinner are “smart chic”; business attire is appropriate. All sessions and other evening events are business or resort casual. Thursday’s evening event is casual.
