With a career that spans the tourism, travel and hospitality industries, her background ranges from large corporations to boutique branding and design firms, including 10 years working for The Walt Disney World Resort in a variety of marketing functions, to marketing a collection of luxury travel companies offering first class excursions around the globe.
In her current role, Susan’s primary responsibility is to drive leisure revenue by securing awareness and interest for the property at every stage of the guest planning and purchasing cycle. Susan has a passion for leveraging consumer insights, developing strategies that drive products to success and possesses a keen eye for industry trends that influence our daily business dynamics.
